My name's Jamie Harrison-Payne, The Fat Loss Specialist. I'm a Level 3 qualified personal trainer and I run and own 'JH-Payne Fitness'. I specialise in achieving fat loss for my clients. But my style of training also builds muscle, improves strength, increases flexibility, improves posture and improves your levels of fitness along the way.
I'm extremely passionate about health and fitness and it's been a big part of my life for the past decade. I've always participated in various sports and activities and I've been actively involved in the physical training sector for the best 5 years. Over that time I've fine tuned my skills and knowledge and put into practice what works and what doesn't work when it comes to achieving physical goals and changes. I've known for many years that a career in the health and fitness industry was my chosen career path and so I acquired my full Level 2&3 Diploma in Personal Training in early 2016 and I have been changing lives ever since.
When it comes to my approach to Personal Training and fitness, it's simple. I want to make working out and exercising enjoyable. It shouldn't be a struggle. It should empower you, make you proud to achieve your goals, to look better, feel better, to get stronger and lead a confident lifestyle. I provide high intensity sessions designed to burn fat, build muscle and gain strength. I can tailor a personalised programme based around your goals and abilities that will make you genuinely excited to train. And what's even better is that I bring the equipment to you. Sessions are delivered in the comfort of your own home, or outside (weather permitting).
